When Mirko and Marion Dieseler moved to the United States, Augusta, Georgia was their first home. The friendships they made here — the community that welcomed them — are the foundation everything else was built on.
When we moved to the United States, Augusta was the city that welcomed us. We made our first American friends here — on the soccer field, in the community, in this city. The friendships and the inspiration that shaped TM17pro began right here in Augusta. Augusta is not just a market for TM17pro. It is personal. It is home.
Mirko played soccer his entire life — passionate about the game from childhood through adulthood. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and a UEFA B coaching license, giving him both the academic foundation and the certified coaching expertise to build what TM17pro has become. Marion is a qualified therapist, child development researcher, and the mind behind the TM17pro Soccer Parent Quiz — which reached Page 1 on Google and Google’s AI Overview within its first day of publication. Together they founded TM17pro with a single belief: elite coaching should not be reserved for big cities and wealthy families.
That belief was born, in part, right here in Augusta — watching talented players without access to the kind of development environment that existed in Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Munich. TM17pro was built to close that gap.
The connection between TM17pro and Augusta Soccer Team goes deeper than soccer. It was built on shared faith — a common foundation that made trust, partnership, and genuine commitment to the community possible from day one.
The owner and head coach of Augusta Soccer Team is a person of deep faith — and so are Mirko and Marion. That shared foundation is how the connection was first made. Not through a business introduction or a marketing channel. Through the values that both sides already lived by.
What grew from that is a genuine partnership — two organisations that trust each other completely, because they share the same belief that soccer should serve the community, develop the whole person, and create real opportunities for young players regardless of their background.
Mirko and Marion’s own church home — Seacoast Church — is in Charleston, SC, where TM17pro is headquartered. But the faith that connects them to Augusta runs just as deep.

TM17pro operates in 36+ cities across the United States, with programs in Hamburg, Germany and RC Lens, France. Summer camps, additional training, goalkeeper development, scouting days, and European pathways — all built on the German DFB methodology that rebuilt one of the most successful national soccer programmes in history.
